Island Energy has implemented a new web based payment and customer information system called SmartHub. As before you can go to the web to make a one-time payment or set up an account in which you can one-time payments, set up automatic payments or examine your energy usage patterns. New with the system is a 24 hour pay by phone feature and apps for iPhone, iPad or Android devices.


NOTE:All the payment applications require the input of a new 9-digit account number. If you are looking at an old-style bill (dated January 11, 2018 or earlier), you will use the 6-digit account number listed on the bill and add ‘001’ to the end. For example, if the account number on your old-style bill is 200999, your new account number would be 200999001. For a small number of residential customers this may not work. If this happens to you, call our office to get your new account number. The new 9-digit account number will be printed on all bills dated February 1, 2018 and later.

Phone payments: Call 844-425-4316 available 24-hours a day. If we have your phone number in our records, your will be able to identify your account with it. Otherwise, you will need your new 9-digit account number.



One-time payments: Click the button above to make a one-time payment on your account without setting up a SmartHub id. SmartHub Access: Click the button above to access your Island Energy SmartHub account or create a new one. Your SmartHub account will let you make one-time payments, setup automatic payment from your credit card or bank account, examine energy usage patterns. You will also be able view bills created after February 1, 2018. Solar customers, please note that detailed information on your consumption and generation will be available for the time-period beginning February 2018.
