Wet Mile Sundays
A pioneering cadre of artisan breweries, craftsmen, distilleries, artists, wineries and museums open their doors collaboratively from (at least) Noon-4pm for you to “Wander The Wet Mile”. Come spend a Sunday exploring and getting a taste of 142 years of Naval Shipyard history and the renaissance of the Mare Island waterfront.

The Mare Island Museum
The Mare Island Museum is part of the Mare Island Historic Park Foundation. It’s educational and museum projects represent many of the activities of the shipyard in a meaningful and living way, so visitors from all over the world can see the end product of the labors of the thousands of men and women who worked here.

Vallejo Art Walk
The Second Friday evening of every month, local shops and galleries are open to the public and artist booths line the streets. Portions of Georgia, Marin and Virginia streets are closed duriing the warmer months, with live music and food trucks. Art Walk provides a great opportunity to get to know the members of Vallejo’s downtown community.
